On the one hand, this is obviously a part of their recruitment strategy as it showcases the positives of working from anywhere at Atlassian but it's also honest about the findings that require constraints and rules as necessary. This resource is not paywalled and doesn't require any email to read it. It's free for you to download and share. It's definitely worth a read.

The Human Behind the Screen
By Shauna MoranThe Human Behind the Screen is a podcast by a professional business coach, Shauna Moran. She describes it in part as, "…discussing the importance of human connection, emotional intelligence and relationships, in an ever-changing virtual world." This is the part that I really love. Shauna really listens with a fine-tuned ear. She combines her coaching experience with the guest stories to bring out the insights and discover new ones. I also love her focus on relationships. It's probably the best remote work podcast out there right now.

The Remote Show
The Remote Show is probably my favourite remote work podcast. The strange thing is that somehow I left it out of the resources on this site. Maybe I was subconciously trying to keep it a secret. It's a solid, thoughtful interview show with guests from a wide variety of businesses discussing the good and bad of remote work, how to do it well, lessons learned, and pitfalls one should avoid. Currently hosted by Tyler Sellhorn, his energy and enthusiasm for #LearningOutLoud is infectious and the experience he brings as a remote worker helps guide the conversations and more importantly ask insightful questions while allowing guests to tell their stories.

Wrike
By Wrike, Inc.Wrike seems to be a really simple well-designed project management tool that appears to have focused heavily on User Experience (UX). The interface is lightweight, and elegant and onboarding and feature exposure helpers are available but unobtrusive. From the creators: "Wrike is a digital work management tool that lets users track and coordinate projects, combining a simple user experience and interface with enough depth for power users." Honestly, I'd say give it a shot. It appears to apply KISS and although it leans on Microsoft's 365 suite for most of it's business document integrations, it seems really well done.
